Every night, Noah said goodnight to the stars. But tonight, one tiny star at the very edge of the sky did something new. Blink. Blink-blink. It was waving! A small hand waved back from the window seat. Then the tiny star began to wobble.
The forest was full of night sounds. Cri-cri, went the crickets. Whoo, went the wind. Thump-thump, went a heart. Stop. One breath in. One step on. One breath in. One step on. Thump... thump. A little slower now. Then, from somewhere above, came a new sound. "Who-who-WHO?"
"Who-who-WHO is out so late?" A big round owl peered down. Her spectacles slid to the very end of her beak. "Please," said Noah, "have you seen a fallen star?" "Follow the splashy sound," said Grandma Owl, pushing her spectacles back up. "And be quick. A star must be back in the sky before the sun wakes up." Somewhere in the dark: splish, splash.
The little star felt warm in two cupped hands, like a cup of cocoa. "How will I ever get back up?" it sighed. Past the trees stood a hill, round and tall, its top almost touching the sky. "Up there," said Noah. "I'll carry you." One breath in. One step on.
At the very top, the edge of the sky was turning pink. Quick! Up went the little star, as high as arms could reach. It wobbled. It did not fly. "Too low," it whispered. Beside the path sat a big flat rock. Noah took one breath in, and one step up. Then up on tiptoe. "Ready?" "Ready," whispered the star.
Whoosh! Up flew the little star, up and up, until it was home in the sky, shining gold. Grandma Owl hooted so hard that her spectacles slid right off. The fireflies danced. And from way up high, the little star waved down. Blink. Blink-blink. Thank you.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by 3 December with standard delivery or by 10 December with express: it arrives by 23 December. These dates already include our time to illustrate and check the book, printing, and a few extra days for the Christmas post.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €6.90 per order to Greece, Cyprus and every other EU country, and free from 2 books or orders over €80.00. Express: €9.90, or €3.00 on top of free standard shipping.
What happens to my child's photo?
It is used only to illustrate your book. It is stored privately, never shown publicly, and deleted 30 days after delivery. You can delete it sooner from your order page.
What if a page isn't quite right?
Every book is checked page by page before it is printed. If an illustration needs it, we draw it again.
Can I see it before it is printed?
You see the cover, the dedication and sample pages while you personalise, before you pay. Once your book goes to print, you can see every page on your order page.
Is the name written correctly in Greek?
Yes. The name is declined in every sentence («του Νίκου», «την Ελένη»), and before you order we show you the forms to confirm or correct them.
